11 Month/Builder Warranty

Contractors/builders generally have a 12-month warranty after construction has been completed. An 11-Month\Builders Warranty is performed prior to the warranty’s lapse. Any issues exposed at the time of the inspection will be the responsibility of the contractor and not of the homeowner.
